Do you do customised orders ?

Yes we do! Under The Décor Collection, you can find beautiful statement jars to fill with your favourite Wick’d & Glow scent. Once you have used the candle, you may repurpose the jar to your needs or simply come back to us and have them refilled, less the cost of the jar.

Please note that such customised orders may take up to 3 weeks as the candles require curing.

 

What about corporate orders or bulk orders?

Do you do gift wrapping ?

Our products are packaged in kraft boxes. As we try to be sustainable, we recycle bubble wrap as void fillers to protect your items. However if you would like a send a gift, kindly let us know and we are happy to spruce up our packaging to meet your gifting needs.

 

               

Can I provide a personalised message with my gift ? 

Of course you can ! Just let us know what the message is, and we will pen it in our best handwriting. 

Why does your courier bag look and feel different ?

As we try our best to be sustainable and reduce plastic waste, we have turned to a more environmentally friendly approach with our courier bag. They are made from compostable material that takes around 120 – 180 days to fully compost. Simple remove any labels or stickers on the courier bag, cut them into smaller pieces and stick them into your compost bin.

 

Oh no, the item I have received is broken. Help!

Oh dearie me ! We are so sorry that this happened! Please contact us on Instagram or drop us an email at wickdandglow@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item, and your order number, and we will sort this blunder out for you.

Please note that refunds/replacements will only be made to item that are defective or damage upon receipt, in an unused condition, and within seven (7) days of receipt of order.
